It's hard to generalize pricing for custom designs,  because there are many factors involved, including season and size of the wedding.  A general rule of thumb to use when figuring out your floral budget is to allot  5% – 15% of you total budget toward flowers, based on the overall look you wish to achieve.  

Here is some basic pricing:

Bride: starting at $100  average $150      

Bridesmaids:  starting at $60 average $75

Corsages: starting at $15    

Boutonierres:  starting at $10

Church Pieces starting at $85  average $125   

Centerpieces: starting at $50 average $85
